Premium Telangana Lamb Mutton Paya

Akshaja’s paya is the best I got in long time. Very clean and no bad smell. Cooked in cooker with pepper and garlic, whole house was smelling like Sunday in native. Husband drank 2 bowls without saying anything 😂 Good job.

Got 4 paya pieces – all fresh and cleaned properly. Bone marrow was soft and soup was very tasty. Only thing is delivery came 1 hour late, but I forgive because product was excellent. Will order again for Bakrid weekend.

Paya was fine but I felt little tough to cook. Maybe I don’t know how to make it properly. Amma said next time she will try. Bones are heavy but meat was less. Taste was good after slow cooking. Please give recipe also with pack.

So clean and fresh mashallah! No smell, no hair – just like old city butcher style. Soup turned out perfect. I added little turmeric and ghee – full Hyderabadi taste. Akshaja team doing great job in bringing these traditional cuts again.

Got for my mother-in-law. She liked it very much. Said this is real paya, not like frozen stuff from mall. Only thing – please include 1 or 2 extra bones next time 😄. Other than that, 10/10 taste and service.
