Premium Telangana Lamb Mutton Boti

Super cleaned boti! I was shocked, not a single bad smell. Usually I wash 4-5 times but this one was ready to cook. Made boti fry with onions and coconut, tasted just like toddy shop food 😁 Too good Akshaja!

Very fresh and nicely packed. Boti pieces were soft and included liver, stomach, and all properly. Only thing – little more quantity would be great. My son loved the curry, said “Ammi where you got this from?” 😄

Boti taste was good, but some pieces had small fat lumps. Maybe can clean better next time. Otherwise everything else fine. Delivery on time, meat was fresh. I will try again and see if it improves.

Hard to find such clean boti in Hyderabad now. Full set of organ meat – intestine, liver, stomach, spleen. My wife made spicy fry, whole family sat together and enjoyed. Reminded me of Eid days in my gaon.

For first time I tried cooking boti. Akshaja gave nicely cleaned pieces. I asked my neighbour aunty how to make and I did boti pulusu. My grandson had 2 full rotis with it! Only thing – please mention what parts included on packet.
