Andhra Tomato Pickle

This is not just pickle… this is childhood in a bottle 😍 Perfect spice, oil, and that raw mango tang. I mixed it with hot rice and ghee — it was like festival at home! My daughter also packed it for her hostel. Very authentic.

Nice taste and full Andhra style. Proper masala and sour mango pieces. I kept in sunlight for 2 days just like my nani used to do — taste improved even more. Please give bigger jar next time!

Taste was good but spice level was too high for my mother. For me it was okay – I liked the tangy hit. Mango pieces were soft and well soaked. Oil quality is also clean. Maybe give mild version for elders?

Mango pieces are cut thick and soaked properly. Masala is spicy but not bitter. Ate with dal rice and onion — full satisfaction. Just small suggestion: include a wooden spoon or small plastic spoon in the jar.
